  • Managing Partner

Ron is an innovator with a proven track record in marketing, sales and bottom-line management in the beverage alcohol industry.
Understand trends and the marketplace are at the core of his ability to define strategically sound “product to market” programming.

Ron, launched his career with Gilbey Canada in Sales, then later working for Labatt International Sales & Academy Brands in the field to joining Alberta Distillers where he lead the Ontario and Atlantic Canada sales force.

His tenure with Maxxium as Vice President of Sales was punctuated with significant business growth over indexing the industry average.…Pairing a Malbec with Steak Gaucho Style…and it is standing to the test.

  • Director of Brands

Results-oriented sales, marketing and event planning professional with over 20 years of experience in the alcohol beverage, tobacco & entertainment/hospitality industries.
Maryann has developed and implemented successful integrated marketing/brand strategies throughout her career. She works closely with the LCBO and licensee businesses, which she has grown by 75% annually. She achieved this with excellent communication skills, strong sales relationships, project management and the ability to work in highly legislated and restricted environments. Starting at the LCBO, she then represented brands like Jim Beam, Remy Martin, Absolut Vodka, Grey Goose, Bacardi, Patron Tequila and Jägermeister. She has worked at Maxxium Canada, Rothmans, Benson and Hedges, Kirkwood Diamond and Southern Glazers. A career highlight was working with a 10 million dollar budget to manage events with Tiesto, Nicole Ritchie, Sam Roberts and Black-Eyed Peas. My go to cocktail is a classic dry martini with a lemon twist, shaken, not stirred!

Anthony Amato, Principal with 40 years of sales and marketing experience in building brands in the beverage alcohol industry.
Anthony is a results-oriented Sales and Marketing professional with demonstrated achievements nationally in building wine, spirits and beer brands. Prior to his present position, Anthony held progressive positions in sales and marketing with Labatt Breweries of Canada, Gilbey Canada Inc, Labatt International Brands, Bacardi Canada Inc. in roles covering Key Account Management, Brand Management and Sales Management nationally. He has extensive experience growing market share and dollar value of spirit, wine and beer brands from Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, England, Scotland, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and USA.…I am mixing an Old Fashioned…made with a dash of Angostura bitters…naturally.

Holly has had great success in executing through-the-line campaigns that provide win-win solutions for both customers and brands. She drives compelling brand communication that delivers results in sales, awareness, and market share. Holly’s career started in communications having worked at several leading advertising agencies. She then moved to the client side and took over the reins of ABSOLUT Vodka for Seagram Canada. She continued with the brand at Maxxium Canada where she was responsible for the Remy Martin, Jim Beam, and Edrington Group portfolios over her tenure.
